DOMINICAN WEAVERS is the visual story of a unique family of weavers in a small town in Bani, Dominican Republic, as part of my ongoing body of work, Another Woman’s Life. The family gathers under a tree in their yard under the eye of the matriarch, a pipe smoking, no-nonsense woman with smokey blue eyes and a toothless smile- every bit the leader with a huge heart and a mischievous sense of humor.
